Justin Goethe
President
Justin Goethe founded Allied Logistics, LLC in 2021. His extensive experience includes managing the packaging engineering efforts and warehouse operations for respected companies including IFA-Rotorion, Robert Bosch LLC, and Amazon. Goethe has either implemented or managed the implementation of initiatives including milkruns, Kanban loops, supermarkets, RFID, Nexeed Transport Management, and AGVs. He also spearheaded the installation and validation of ~$115 million in highly automated material handling equipment.
Lucia Rios
Lean Logistics Specialist
Lucia Rios serves as a Lean Logistics Specialist for Allied Logistics, LLC. Prior to joining the Allied team, Rios served as a logistics engineer for well-known operations including Robert Bosch LLC, Schneider, and Mercedes Benz. She successfully implemented and maintained material delivery milkruns, supermarkets, and Kanban loops, along with I4.0 solutions such as RFID, Nexeed Transport Management, and ActiveCockpit. Rios has extensive experience in material planning and scheduling, improving OTD to her customers by 15% through the effective use of process KPIs and process standards.
Sam Trader
Lean Logistics Specialist
Before joining Allied Logistics, Sam spent 4 years as an officer in the United States Army focused on continuously improving operational efficiency through process improvement and standardization. His improvements led to a 20% reductions in lead time related to all field training preparations. Prior to joining the military, Sam worked within the Toyota Production System to implement 5s and other lean principles in a variety of different, high-stress environments.
Keegan Beck
Lean Logistics Specialist
With a combined 13 years of experience as a production and warehousing manager, along with 5 years as an officer in the United States Army, Keegan knows how to operate under pressure. He has implemented new external warehouses, Kanban pull systems, along with maintaining and improving material replenishment processes. He has also led projects to implement and strengthen daily leadership routines leading to ~$300K in cost savings.
Derek Mullen
Lean Logistics Specialist
Derek is a native of Somerset Pennsylvania. After completing his undergraduate degree at Penn State University he served 5 years as a United States Naval Officer. During his service he had the opportunity to lead a multitude of cross-functional teams in support of global maritime operations. His goal-oriented mindset and determination led to hundreds of thousands of dollars saved in man hours and logistics delays.
